Margot Strauhull has been teaching yoga since 2006. Since becoming a mother herself, she has specialized in prenatal and postpartum yoga. Margot is also a licensed clinical social worker, a mother to 3, and loves how yoga shows up in all aspects of her life.
Megan Peterson is an IAYT certified Yoga Therapist, Brave Birth doula, prenatal & postpartum yoga teacher. Megan is honored to support all families through the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum time & welcomes the individual pathways that each family forges.
