Nest into the Fourth Trimester! Create support systems within your family and friend circles in order to promote self-care.  Turns out they were right... taking care of baby IS A FULL TIME JOB.  The identity of parenthood does not overshadow who you are as a person in the world.  Creating space for your continued growth as an individual is paramount to your well-being as a parent.

Learn how to:

  • Understand and meet the needs of your family’s new normal

  • Recognize your baby’s transitions from womb to world and how to best support them while keeping your cool and not losing your shit

  • Implement tried and true soothing techniques for calming baby

  • Bond with baby and understand the role of mirror neurons in child development

  • “Drop into the now” when things are feeling “too big”

  • Get help, when it feels like nothing is helping

  • Create an individual self-care plan

  • Come back into your body via our six week practical postpartum guide


$175 per Brave Birth Families & $195 for community Families FOR THE SERIES
