Introduction to Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE®)- Part Two

Are you feeling overwhelmed, wound up, anxious, or have a hard time
relaxing? Looking for ways to reduce the impact of stress on your
physical and emotional health? Join Sarah Lax, midwife and owner of
Beginnings Whole Body Nourishment, for an Introduction to Tension
Releasing Exercises (TRE®). TRE is an innovative approach to help
people release patterns of deep muscular tension that are caused by
everyday life demands, immediate or prolonged stress, or traumatic
life experiences. Using a set of simple and easy to learn exercises,
TRE accesses and releases tension in the muscles, which then sends a
message of safety and relaxation to nervous system and the brain.

During this 3 class series, you will learn the basics of TRE to launch

you into a home practice.
